Focus on designing and building the entire support function, including systems, tooling, and automation using Agent OS itself.

Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA

Salary: $250K – $275K

What you will do

  • Work directly with customers to debug issues and unblock them.
  • Investigate complex problems across agent building, integrations, APIs, product workflows, and infrastructure.
  • Translate complex technical issues into clear explanations and actionable solutions.
  • Help design hirify.global’s support workflows, tools, and processes using AI tools.
  • Identify patterns across customer issues and drive improvements to the product and developer experience.
  • Grow the support function globally.

Requirements

  • You love debugging and enjoy helping people.
  • You have an engineering mindset and are comfortable reading code, working with APIs, investigating logs, and understanding distributed systems.
  • You thrive using AI tools.
