What you will do
- Create creative copy for social media and publish across various channels.
- Moderate customer-facing queries and escalate them to the Client Services team.
- Stimulate conversations and relationships with a brand’s audience through community management.
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of editorial calendars and creative campaigns.
- Work with the creative studio to ideate and brief on engaging content.
- Deliver reports, performance tracking, and trend analysis to clients.
Requirements
- Previous B2B and B2C experience and communications strategy background.
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop.
- Experience translating research into compelling editorial content.
- Understanding of social media and its value for brands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and people management skills.
