Salary: $100,000-$130,000

What you will do
- Lead and finalize launch plans that deliver disruptive, culturally relevant activations.
- Partner crossfunctionally to ensure all plans are tailored for market and retailer requirements.
- Analyze launch performance, uncover insights, and translate findings into future strategy.
- Oversee forecasting cycles, budgets, and innovation planning tools with precision.
- Ensure flawless execution of in‑store merchandising and ecommerce brand experience.
Requirements
- 4-6 years brand marketing experience with strong planning, analytical & organizational capabilities.
- Proven ability to collaborate across crossfunctional teams and build strong working relationships.
- Strong knowledge of PowerPoint & ability to build presentations that tell a story.
- Confident presenter with strong communication and public speaking skills.
- Genuine passion for makeup, beauty, and cultural trends that shape consumer behavior.

- Makeup brand experience.
- Specialty Retailer channel experience.
- Highly proactive, self ‑ directed, and comfortable operating autonomously in a fast ‑ paced, evolving environment.
