What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design process for new AI-driven consumer products and experiences.
• Translate complex emerging tech into high-quality, intuitive solutions across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and research teams to deliver user-centered design directions.
• Work upstream with company leadership to define strategic design goals for AI integration.
• Mentor other designers and conduct workshops to refine internal AI-augmented design workflows.
• Use evidence-based design to iterate on concepts and justify strategic decisions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience designing digital products across web and mobile
• 2+ years of leveraging AI in core design workflows
• Strong portfolio demonstrating zero-to-one design capabilities and high-quality visual craft
• Proficiency in design principles, layout, typography, and brand application
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work within a hybrid team environment
