What you will do

• Create copy for social media and publish across various channels.
• Moderate content, review queries, and escalate to the Client Services team.
• Stimulate conversations and relationships with a brand’s audience.
• Manage editorial calendars and creative campaigns.
• Work with the creative studio to ideate and brief on engaging content.
• Research social tools, platforms, and trends.

Requirements

• Previous B2B and B2C experience and communications strategy background.
• TikTok experience, specifically with TikTok Shop.
• Experience translating research into compelling editorial.
• Understanding of social media and its value for brands.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using social platforms and tools.
