What you will do

• Contribute throughout the entire AI product development cycle from research to production.
• Act as an advocate and key touchpoint for AI design expertise, reviews, and documentation within the Product Design team.
• Create clear artifacts to communicate design rationale and decisions to the product group.
• Design intuitive experiences for integrating AI agents, balancing user needs and contextual requirements.
• Continuously improve experiences by identifying and resolving friction points within assigned AI problem areas.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Designer at a technology-driven organization with a proven track record in designing AI products and conversational interfaces.
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating expertise in product design for complex AI workflows.
• Deep understanding of AI interface design principles, conversational design patterns, prompt engineering, and human-AI interaction frameworks.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams and advocate for design decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience prototyping AI interactions, including generative AI responses and dynamic UIs.
• Ability to work onsite in Barcelona, Spain, with relocation support provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI prototyping, prompt engineering, and vibe coding for rapid iteration.
• Knowledge of front-end development fundamentals and limitations.
• Relevant experience with mobile design for conversational experiences.
