What you will do

• Partner with Product Management to define problems through data analysis and customer insights.
• Execute end-to-end design from sketches and prototypes to final high-fidelity UI documentation.
• Validate concepts through lightweight research and user testing.
• Drive alignment with engineering and product teams on scope, tradeoffs, and design quality.
• Apply design system patterns to ensure consistency across the product.
• Connect design outcomes directly to product goals and business metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in product design.
• Strong discovery skills including problem framing and hypothesis formation.
• Proficiency in Figma and strong interaction design craft.
• Proven ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Experience in designing creator tools, community products, or messaging systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an ownership mindset.

• Experience with CRM products or workflows.
• Experience with AI-assisted prototyping or AI-enabled product features.
