What you will do

• Hire, mentor, and scale the technical pre-sales team in Israel.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to drive revenue and market presence.
• Guide the team in delivering effective, value-based technical solutions to enterprise clients.
• Strengthen strategic relationships with key customer executives and partners.
• Foster a collaborative, diverse, and customer-obsessed team culture.
• Ensure effective utilization of pre-sales resources across complex sales cycles.

Requirements

• Hebrew native-speaker and fluent in English required.
• Experience managing successful Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS technical teams.
• Background in scaling technical teams and implementing field processes.
• Technical or consulting experience in Data Engineering, Database technologies, or Data Science.
• Strong ability to partner with Sales and cross-functional leadership.
• Passion for the Data and AI market with the ability to articulate a strong solution POV.
