What you will do

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team through the full SDLC.
• Define and execute technical roadmaps while remaining 40% hands-on with code and architecture.
• Collaborate with Product and Security teams to integrate GenAI capabilities into SaaS products.
• Drive CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, and DevSecOps practices.
• Implement and enforce Scrum best practices for efficient delivery.
• Ensure secure coding standards and AWS compliance across all systems.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in Israel
• 7+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Strong backend expertise in Java, Python, or C#.
• Proven experience building cloud-native SaaS applications on AWS.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (React, Angular, or Vue) and QA automation.
• Practical experience integrating GenAI APIs like AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, or Anthropic.

Nice to have

• AWS Certified (Solutions Architect, Security Specialty, or Developer).
• Experience in cloud security domains such as CSPM, CWPP, or serverless protection.
• Background in AI-assisted development tools.
• Deep understanding of observability and advanced testing strategies.
