Group Lead, Engineering: Leading a scrum team to deliver end-to-end product capabilities for CXone Performance Management (PM) with an accent on microservices, AI agents, and interfaces. Location: Hybrid (Israel - Raanana), 2 days working from the office and 3 days of remote work each week.

What you will do

• Lead a scrum team (5-6 engineers) to deliver end-to-end product capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Architects, Operations, and Customer Success teams to align on objectives and product vision.
• Take full responsibility for the entire software development life cycle, from concept to deployment.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and quality of the product to ensure high standards.
• Foster a culture of innovation, shaping the product's future by influencing its vision and encouraging creative solutions.
• Facilitate the technical and career development of team members through mentorship, training, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of industry experience in R&D, with at least 3 years leading a high-performing team (10+ engineers) in a software product development environment.
• Experience with modern Agentic coding practices and Agile methodologies as majority of our code is developed by AI.
• Mastery of the full development life cycle – from planning and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Experience in mentoring team members and fostering their professional growth.
• High proficiency in English (both verbal and written), with experience in communicating effectively within a global organization.
