Location: Based in Tel Aviv, Israel; role is hybrid (1-3 days/week in office) or office-based (4-5 days/week in office).

What you will do

• Manage and mentor 2-3 high-performing engineering teams totaling 16-20 individual contributors.
• Define and execute the technical roadmap for marketing intelligence platforms, focusing on LLM orchestration and agentic workflows.
• Guide the architectural design of distributed backend systems processing large-scale data pipelines.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, data science, and research teams to deliver scalable enterprise features.
• Ensure operational excellence in high-availability, mission-critical environments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in a senior management role leading multiple teams.
• Proven background in building and deploying AI-driven products using LLMs or agentic frameworks.
• Strong technical expertise in distributed systems and backend technologies like Java, Python, or Go.
• Experience with big data architecture and large-scale data pipelines.
• Ability to work in a hybrid/office-based model in Tel Aviv.

Nice to have

• Experience in AdTech or Marketing Intelligence domains.
• Deep understanding of KPIs such as ROAS, attribution, and audience segmentation.
