What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of up to 8 software engineers through technical challenges and professional development.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle for key Security Management Server components.
• Modernize legacy UI interfaces using contemporary frameworks like React or Angular.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to plan, design, and deliver scalable, high-quality features.
• Debug complex customer-reported issues and resolve technical bottlenecks across the stack.
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to align on strategic goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing software development teams with ownership from requirements to release.
• Strong technical expertise in Java programming and full-stack development.
• Hands-on experience with modern web frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must have the legal right to work in Israel.

Nice to have

• Experience with JSF framework.
• Expertise in MSSQL databases.
