What you will do

• Implement customer projects focused on Impress and e-Services platforms.
• Configure and adapt digital document processing and output management workflows.
• Lead implementation projects and manage the end-to-end client delivery journey.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to existing customers.
• Conduct customer training and onboarding sessions, both remotely and on-site.
• Act as a technical expert to support Sales and Business Consulting teams.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English proficiency required.
• Background in IT, software implementation, or system integration.
• Practical experience in software deployment, administration, or platform delivery.
• Basic knowledge of programming or scripting, specifically Java or .NET.
• Analytical mindset with strong customer communication abilities.
• Experience with document processing, output management, or e-invoicing is preferred.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with EDI standards like XML, EDIFACT, or XRechnung.
• Understanding of Regular Expressions (RegEx).
