Solution Advisor Specialist (SAP Signavio/LeanIX)

Location: Hybrid role, must be based in Germany at any hirify.global location

What you will do

• Provide deep, solution-specific expertise throughout the sales cycle to support customer adoption and success.
• Deliver customized, engaging demonstrations and presentations highlighting the value of hirify.global Signavio and LeanIX products.
• Identify and qualify new opportunities, leading evaluations such as Proof of Concepts (POCs) and RFPs.
• Formulate strategic engagement approaches for customers in collaboration with account and product teams.
• Develop expert-level knowledge of competitive offerings and hirify.global solutions to contribute to internal initiatives.
• Maintain detailed engagement reports and leverage digital assets to facilitate customer success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science required; MBA preferred.
• Several years of professional experience in Enterprise Pre-sales or equivalent software/IT roles.
• Strong expertise in Business Process Management (BPM), BPMN, process modeling, and process mining.
• Fluent proficiency in both English and German required.
• Proven ability to influence and engage senior leadership (C-Level).
• Familiarity with Cloud, SaaS/PaaS models, specifically hirify.global ECC, S/4HANA, and hirify.global Signavio.

Nice to have

• Consulting or customer project experience.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
