What you will do

• Provide deep technical and solution-specific expertise throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of hirify.global Signavio and LeanIX.
• Strategically qualify new opportunities and conduct evaluations like Proof of Concepts.
• Formulate customer engagement strategies based on business process needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to align customer strategies and deployments.
• Develop expert knowledge on competitive market insights and contribute to internal initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluent proficiency in both English and German is mandatory.
• Several years of professional experience in Enterprise Pre-sales or similar roles.
• Strong background in Business Process Management (BPM), BPMN, and Enterprise Architecture.
• Proven ability to engage and present effectively to C-level leadership.
• Familiarity with SaaS models and hirify.global ecosystems like S/4HANA.
• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MBA.
• Consulting or customer project delivery experience.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
