What you will do

• Take full ownership of technical problems from idea to production deployment.
• Integrate coding agents as a core part of the development workflow to accelerate shipping.
• Define and build effective tooling, feedback systems, and evaluation loops for agent output.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to invent new AI-first capabilities and interfaces.
• Mentor and support junior engineers as the technical team scales.
• Apply strong engineering judgment to ensure code quality, reliability, and security.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience shipping high-quality code at top-tier organizations.
• Proven experience working with coding agents as a primary development workflow.
• Comfort working across the full technology stack.
• Experience driving ambiguous projects with significant technical decision-making.
• Ability to demonstrate strong product and design instincts.
• Willingness to work from the Surry Hills office as the team defaults to in-person collaboration.
