What you will do

• Act as a solution expert across ML domains including evaluations, training, inference, data pipelines, and optimization.
• Partner directly with product teams to navigate technical challenges and deliver effective AI solutions.
• Develop blueprints, patterns, and paved roads to accelerate implementation for other teams.
• Provide expert guidance on platform capabilities and best practices.
• Debug and resolve complex issues, identifying root causes and sharing knowledge across the organization.
• Balance hands-on problem solving with strategic thinking to scale enablement impact.

Requirements

• Must be based in Australia.
• Strong Python expertise with experience in ML frameworks.
• Experience working with Kubernetes.
• Experience or knowledge of building data pipelines and model evaluations.
• Experience with inference optimization and serving infrastructure.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
