What you will do

• Manage two autonomous engineering teams end-to-end to maintain momentum and clarity.
• Launch and drive the data and analytics consumer product strategy forward.
• Ensure delivery on enterprise customer commitments by managing trade-offs and priorities.
• Lead discovery processes to validate new feature ideas through customer feedback.
• Partner with marketing and sales to develop go-to-market strategies and drive feature adoption.
• Own and communicate a clear product roadmap balancing technical debt with strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience managing multiple engineering squads or complex workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong background in data products such as analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on data and core product challenges.
• Track record of launching new products to market including go-to-market execution.
• Skilled in customer discovery and translating feedback into actionable product decisions.
