What you will do

• Lead the enterprise integration strategy to ensure seamless connectivity with systems like Workday and ServiceNow.
• Champion the US market perspective to drive strategic product development and roadmap priorities.
• Partner with the sales team to support enterprise deals through technical expertise, product mockups, and demonstrations.
• Lead product squads end-to-end, setting priorities and making trade-offs while collaborating with Engineering.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and validation to market launch.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and enablement materials to drive feature adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience.
• Deep experience with enterprise systems of record like ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, or Oracle HCM.
• Proven ability to work in agile teams and make prioritization decisions under constraints.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly supporting complex sales cycles.
• Strong technical acumen for collaborating with engineering and solution architects.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Prototyping experience using tools like Figma or AI-powered design tools.
• Background in internal communications or employee experience platforms.
• Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS scale-up.
