What you will do
- Lead the enterprise integration strategy to ensure seamless connectivity with systems like Workday and ServiceNow.
- Champion the US market perspective to drive strategic product development and roadmap priorities.
- Partner with the sales team to support enterprise deals through technical expertise, product mockups, and demonstrations.
- Lead product squads end-to-end, setting priorities and making trade-offs while collaborating with Engineering.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and validation to market launch.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and enablement materials to drive feature adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience.
- Deep experience with enterprise systems of record like ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, or Oracle HCM.
- Proven ability to work in agile teams and make prioritization decisions under constraints.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly supporting complex sales cycles.
- Strong technical acumen for collaborating with engineering and solution architects.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Nice to have
- Prototyping experience using tools like Figma or AI-powered design tools.
- Background in internal communications or employee experience platforms.
