TL;DR

iOS Developer (Swift): Building and maintaining a native employee experience platform for high-impact enterprise clients with an accent on performance, clean architecture, and seamless integrations. Location: Must be based in or commute to the Boston area for hybrid work (3 days/week in office)

Salary: $150,000–$170,000

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain the native iOS application for a large-scale employee platform.
  • Deliver high-quality code and respond rapidly to customer feedback and bug reports.
  • Collaborate within a cross-functional squad to guide the roadmap and technical direction of the iOS app.
  • Debug, profile, and optimize application performance for thousands of daily users.
  • Automate repetitive build processes and improve overall developer experience.
  • Document APIs and maintain clean, testable codebases.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Swift and common iOS Frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of mobile databases and reactive programming patterns.
  • Solid knowledge of architectural patterns in iOS development.
  • Experience writing responsive and maintainable UI components.
  • Proven ability to implement unit and integration testing.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes for mobile applications.
