What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, responsive native mobile applications using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit.
• Own features from concept to release, ensuring compliance with healthcare security standards like HIPAA and accessibility requirements.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to integrate complex services and optimize mobile performance.
• Drive code quality through rigorous code reviews, automated unit/UI testing, and memory management optimization.
• Manage mobile deployment pipelines using CI/CD and Fastlane to ensure reliable builds and distributions.
• Mentor fellow engineers and champion mobile engineering best practices across the team.

Requirements

• Must be located in the US (EST or CST time zones).
• 5+ years of professional native mobile development experience in Swift.
• Deep proficiency in modern iOS architectural patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and secure data handling (encryption, key management).
• Demonstrated experience in performance profiling, memory management, and battery efficiency using Xcode Instruments.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA/GDPR).
