What you will do

• Own end-to-end UX/UI across mobile apps, web applications, and internal tools.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, components, and frameworks.
• Transform complex healthcare problem spaces into clear, user-friendly prototypes and concepts.
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and leadership to drive product narrative and UX coherence.
• Utilize product analytics and user research to advocate for data-informed design decisions.
• Establish and elevate the design culture and visual standards within the company.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of product design experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong visual taste with proficiency in clean UI, hierarchy, and aesthetic polish.
• Proven ability to thrive in high-velocity 0-1 environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design thinking clearly.
• User-centric mindset backed by data and analytics.
