Location: Must be based in San Francisco and able to work on-site.

Salary: $175,000 – $300,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Define design solutions for complex problem spaces using simple and elegant interactions.
• Execute the full design process from exploratory concepts and prototypes to pixel-perfect shipped UI.
• Collaborate with engineering to define technical constraints and make pragmatic design tradeoffs.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system for the platform.
• Conduct usability testing with customers to refine product direction.
• Support early brand development, including logos and marketing assets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an in-house product designer for full-cycle applications.
• Strong proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco, California.
• Proven experience in solving complex design problems and navigating ambiguity.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills to explain design decisions and give constructive feedback.
