What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the customer sales and implementation lifecycle.
- Design and architect solutions that align customer infrastructure with the hirify.global platform.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, playbooks, and guides to optimize GTM workflows.
- Troubleshoot technical inquiries and coordinate with engineering for resolution.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for the Product and Engineering teams.
- Represent the company in technical deep-dive sessions with clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect.
- Must be comfortable working in-person at the San Francisco office.
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to customers with varying levels of expertise.
- Strong self-starter mentality with experience building processes in fast-paced startup environments.
- Ability to manage complex customer projects from initial evaluation through post-sales.
