What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the customer sales and implementation lifecycle.
• Design and architect solutions that align customer infrastructure with the hirify.global platform.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, playbooks, and guides to optimize GTM workflows.
• Troubleshoot technical inquiries and coordinate with engineering for resolution.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for the Product and Engineering teams.
• Represent the company in technical deep-dive sessions with clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect.
• Must be comfortable working in-person at the San Francisco office.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to customers with varying levels of expertise.
• Strong self-starter mentality with experience building processes in fast-paced startup environments.
• Ability to manage complex customer projects from initial evaluation through post-sales.
