Salary: $200,000 - $300,000

What you will do

• Define and own the AI product vision, roadmap, and end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Reimagine the member experience from simple tracking to proactive, anticipatory health coaching.
• Lead and mobilize cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Design.
• Partner with internal and external experts to apply foundation models to proprietary longitudinal health data.
• Establish frameworks for ethical, privacy-conscious AI in a high-stakes health environment.
• Represent AI strategy at the executive level and build a world-class AI Product organization.

Requirements

• Proven success shipping AI-powered consumer products at scale with measurable outcomes.
• Deep understanding of generative AI, machine learning, personalization, and health data.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts between engineering, research, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and strategic judgment in scaling product visions.
• Must be based in or relocate to Boston, MA for this onsite role.
