What you will do

• Lead creative development for collaborations and product initiatives in partnership with Industrial Design and Marketing teams.
• Design and execute packaging across hardware, new products, and accessory categories.
• Translate creative concepts from ideation through final production to ensure alignment with visual identity.
• Build visual systems, mood boards, and design frameworks for clear brand communication.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while directing external agency partners.
• Champion consistent visual storytelling across all design outputs.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Boston, MA.
• 8–10 years of professional design experience in packaging, art direction, and brand concept development.
• Expertise in typography, layout, and visual composition.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners and manage projects effectively.
• Strong commitment to leveraging AI tools in daily design tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D design software.
• Experience with motion design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communications.
