• Provide mentorship, performance feedback, and professional development coaching.
• Manage third-party vendor relationships and technologies.
• Promote engineering best practices, testing standards, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to relocate to Boston, MA.
• Previous experience in a software engineering management role.
• Strong technical expertise in Applied AI, software development, and system testing.
• Experience building and scaling AI products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
