What you will do

• Manage the entire HR process cycle including onboarding, 1:1 meetings, adaptation, and offboarding.
• Partner with management to resolve team-related issues and drive organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement strategic HR procedures.
• Coordinate performance reviews and provide feedback processes.
• Contribute to the improvement of benefits and HR initiatives to enhance the team member experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ukraine
• 1+ years of experience in Human Resources Management within the IT sector.
• Proficiency in HRM/HRIS systems for data and process management.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices across the full employee lifecycle.
• English proficiency: Intermediate+ (B1+)
• Strong organizational and data-driven reporting skills.
