What you will do

• Lead project field staff and coordinate operational support teams.
• Develop and implement project execution and port call plans.
• Drive a positive safety culture during offshore operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, sub-contractors, and internal partners.
• Manage project close-out, information sharing, and training while onshore.

Requirements

• BSc degree in a relevant discipline with geotechnical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine offshore projects.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proactive and systematic approach with a commercial mindset.
