What you will do

• Analyse tender specifications to identify requirements.
• Participate in defining the winning strategy based on requirements.
• Design the best-value solution in collaboration with technical experts.
• Write proposals in Dutch or English, ensuring coverage of requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and translate/improve existing texts.

Requirements

• University degree in IT or similar professional experience.
• Fluency in Dutch (Native or C2) and English (C2), both written and verbal is a must; active knowledge of French (B1+) is a plus.
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite is a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
