Implementation Consultant (Dutch Speaking)

What you will do

• Deliver engaging virtual onboarding sessions to new and existing customers in the Dutch market.
• Train customers on specific product features based on their workflows and operational needs.
• Lead one-on-one and group training sessions, adapting your approach to different skill levels and learning styles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support their success, satisfaction, and growth.
• Create and manage documentation related to onboarding processes and product training.
• Continuously develop your knowledge of Lightspeed’s core products and add-ons.

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing roles (ideally within B2B or B2C environments).
• Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Experience delivering training, onboarding, or educational sessions.
• Ability to quickly learn, understand, and explain technical concepts.
• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written).
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a technical role (software, IT, or technical support).
• Familiarity with Apple tools, web technologies, or networking.
• Understanding of restaurant POS systems.
