Location: Must be based in Amsterdam (Hybrid), with eligibility as a citizen of an EU Member State, Iceland, Liechtenstein, or Norway.

Compensation: €2,049 per month.

What you will do

• Develop a dedicated workbook for assessors detailing scientific and regulatory specificities of referral procedures.
• Liaise with assessment teams to identify workflow needs and streamline processes.
• Support committees in evaluating medicinal product data submissions.
• Analyze regulatory documentation to identify potential improvements in assessment capacity.
• Contribute to projects aimed at strengthening the EU regulatory and scientific network.

Requirements

• University degree in pharmacy, medicine, or life sciences obtained between May 2025 and May 2026, or current enrollment as a Master's/PhD student.
• Citizenship of an EU Member State, Iceland, Liechtenstein, or Norway.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Good knowledge of another official EU language at B2 level.
• Ability to compile, summarize, and present complex information clearly.
