What you will do

• Provide technical support to both on-site and remote employees to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Manage and administer Microsoft Azure, Active Directory environments, and user access permissions.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and maintain performance, security, and operational continuity.
• Support and configure network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and email service integrations.
• Utilize Jira Service Management and Confluence to document processes and track technical tasks.
• Participate in IT projects, including system updates and technology rollouts.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and email platforms.
• Technical proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking infrastructure.
• Experience using ITSM tools like Jira Service Management and Confluence.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
