What you will do
- Provide on-site support for office hardware, including laptops and printers.
- Deliver remote support for Slack, Google Workspace, MS Office, VPN, and Active Directory.
- Manage employee access and permissions during the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Configure and support enrollment within MS Azure and MS Intune.
- Maintain and manage the IT equipment stock and inventory.
- Participate in the on-call support rotation.
Requirements
- Early-career professional interested in developing skills in user support and system administration.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack.
- High level of responsibility and accuracy when handling IT equipment inventory.
- Must be based in Georgia to accommodate the hybrid work schedule.
