What you will do

• Lead technical deployments, migrations, and integrations for digital pathology solutions.
• Configure technical specifications, network requirements, and interfaces during implementation projects.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to translate designs into functional technical configurations.
• Resolve technical issues during installation phases to ensure fast and efficient delivery.
• Provide advisory services and feedback to internal product and engineering teams to support feature development.
• Maintain clear communication with customer stakeholders ranging from technical engineers to CIOs.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT solutions.
• Fluent in English.
• Extensive experience with Linux (RHEL, CentOS, or Ubuntu) and Windows shell environments.
• Practical knowledge of web application architecture, SSL, DNS, and networking.
• Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure) including EC2, S3, and RDS.
• Experience with containerization using Docker or Kubernetes.

Nice to have

• Experience with storage solutions such as Azure Blob, AWS S3, or NFS.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Strong business acumen with experience articulating technical value to diverse stakeholders.
