What you will do

• Design, build, test, and ship software across the full development lifecycle using C#, .NET, and AI-Claude.
• Implement Agentic AI Workflows for code generation, review, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality production solutions.
• Apply prompt engineering and agentic coding techniques to accelerate output consistency and development speed.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools and approaches to raise engineering standards.

Requirements

• Strong experience in backend software development and proficiency in modern frameworks.
• Comfortable working with APIs, distributed systems, and software integrations.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools and LLMs in real production development work.
• Practical knowledge of prompt engineering, agents, and AI-assisted workflow automation.
• Understanding of LLM constraints, including context windows, token costs, and latency.
• Must be located in or able to work from Sandy, UT
