What you will do

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and define high-impact AI application areas.
• Analyze current internal processes to propose and design efficient AI solutions.
• Gather and prioritize technical and functional requirements in cross-functional team settings.
• Develop and test Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions tailored to business needs.
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders through clear communication of AI concepts.
• Validate AI models and iterate based on stakeholder feedback to ensure ROI.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, engineering, or mathematics with a focus on AI/ML.
• Proven experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong knowledge of frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
• Experience with industry-specific AI applications, preferably in legal tech.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts in multidisciplinary teams.
