What you will do
- Define and own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the FLOW digital platform.
- Lead the design and implementation of customer self-service portals, ordering workflows, and API integrations.
- Manage third-party digital tools and vendor relationships to ensure seamless ecosystem integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including application development, business analysts, and sales to translate business needs into technical execution.
- Introduce automation and AI-driven capabilities to enhance internal and customer-facing workflows.
- Define success metrics and monitor platform performance to drive continuous product improvement.
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically with digital platforms or SaaS products.
- Proven track record of delivering customer-facing digital platforms or portals.
- Strong understanding of API-driven architecture, system integrations, and digital ecosystems.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, including writing detailed PRDs and managing user stories.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Background in telecommunications, connectivity, or enterprise technology sectors.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled digital products and building 0→1 products.
- Experience with JIRA for backlog and feature management.
