What you will do

• Manage the full partner journey from initial discovery and solution design to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Translate complex partner needs into comprehensive solution briefs covering fund flows, API scope, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to map partner requests to platform capabilities or drive new feature development.
• Create detailed solution documentation, including flow diagrams, acceptance criteria, and operational playbooks.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Operations teams to ensure audit trails, disclosures, and support workflows are correctly implemented.
• Track and report on integration metrics such as time-to-live, system performance, and partner satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product or solutions roles within fintech or crypto payment environments.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is required for partner communication.
• Residency within APAC (UTC+5 to +9) is a strict requirement for time zone alignment.
• Strong understanding of stablecoins, EVM chains, and custody paradigms like MPC and Multisig.
• Deep knowledge of payment infrastructure including card issuing, ledger settlement, and reconciliation processes.
• Proven ability to bridge communication between business development and engineering teams during complex API integrations.

Nice to have

• Professional background with companies like Stripe, Marqeta, or major crypto exchanges.
• Hands-on experience with wallet infrastructure providers like Turnkey.
• Direct experience launching products across diverse APAC regulatory and KYC/AML landscapes.
• Early-stage startup experience in a founding or core team capacity.
