What you will do

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, loyalty, and payments teams to deepen engagement and monetization.
• Develop success metrics, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks to track performance.
• Translate user behavioral data into actionable growth marketing strategies.
• Create executive-ready storytelling that links user engagement to business outcomes.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in product marketing, growth, or platform marketing.
• Proven track record in scaling digital, gaming, or software products with measurable KPIs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across regional and cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven mindset with excellent communication and executive readiness.
• Background in gaming, software, or fintech ecosystems is highly advantageous.
