What you will do

• Define and manage the business case, goals, and scope for new catastrophe model releases.
• Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and business analysis to inform product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with research teams to translate scientific advancements into commercial model requirements.
• Drive model adoption and gather continuous client feedback across the APAC region.
• Partner with consulting, client services, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth model implementation.
• Coordinate with adjacent business units to align go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years of significant experience with catastrophe models in the APAC insurance or risk management industry.
• Strong understanding of how catastrophe model analytics are consumed within the market.
• Demonstrated record of collaborating effectively within large, cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for articulating complex topics.
