What you will do

• Maintain and scale a global design system ensuring visual consistency and accessibility.
• Experiment with AI-driven tools to streamline design workflows and enhance user experience.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes in Figma and conduct component audits for WCAG compliance.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to translate visions into functional, code-ready interfaces.
• Map user journeys and solve complex navigation and data visualization puzzles.

Requirements

• Currently a rising Junior or Senior in a UX, Graphic, or Interaction Design program.
• Must be local to Chicago, Illinois.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (no visa assistance available).
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, auto-layout, and prototyping.
• Solid understanding of typography, grids, and design theory.
• Portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving skills.
