What you will do

• Manage the Marketing & Application Engineers, Marketing Communication Specialist and SHEQ function.
• Provide technical support and training to customers, distributors, and sales personnel.
• Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies based on market analysis and customer needs.
• Strengthen customer relationships and hirify.global’s brand through online and offline marketing.
• Monitor SHEQ function and ensure compliance with safety, health, environment, and quality standards.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Vacuum Engineering or Physics preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in sales, service, or business development within industrial or vacuum-related industries.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role with team-coaching capacity.
• Solid technical understanding of vacuum products and applications.
• Strong marketing knowledge, including profitability management.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Willing to travel frequently.
