• Proven track record of leading high-performing, distributed teams using Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in release management and large-scale transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of quality assurance governance and continuous improvement models.
• Technical background in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Advanced proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for delivery governance.
