About the Role

You will lead the research roadmap and produce in-depth institutional reports, market commentary, and whitepapers. You will collaborate with external stakeholders and internal teams to translate complex developments into clear, data-driven narratives. You will represent the organization at events, advise senior leadership, and build a lean research function.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in financial research, economic policy, institutional investing, or digital assets with a focus on writing and strategic analysis
• Deep understanding of tokenization, blockchain-based financial systems, and capital markets
• Proven record of publishing influential research or policy content for institutional audiences
• Strong network and credibility across financial institutions, think tanks, regulators, or academia
• Exceptional writing and analytical skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Public Policy, or related field (advanced degrees a plus)
• Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with high autonomy

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the research roadmap
• Produce original institutional research and market commentary
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to co-author publications
• Provide expert guidance to internal teams on trends and regulation
• Represent the company at industry events and in media
• Author essays and investor-facing briefings
• Translate complex financial topics into accessible insights
• Partner with Marketing, BD, Product, and Strategy on messaging
• Build and mentor a research function and manage external contributors
• Advise senior leadership on market positioning and macro context
