TL;DR

Partner Success Manager (Web3): Managing end-to-end ecosystem product delivery and strategic business development for Mantle Network with an accent on partner negotiation and cross-functional project management. Focus on identifying DeFi growth opportunities, executing complex deals, and ensuring successful partner integration across the Web3 landscape.

Location: Remote, based in the APAC region

What you will do

  • Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of ecosystem product initiatives while managing project timelines.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnerships with DeFi protocols and exchanges to support ecosystem growth.
  • Manage end-to-end deal execution, from initial outreach through onboarding and technical integration.
  • Conduct continuous market intelligence research on top DeFi protocols to identify competitive opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, legal, and marketing teams to align on deliverables and project requirements.
  • Establish and refine integration processes to improve turnaround speed and delivery quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations, business development, or ecosystem management at a chain, exchange, or top DeFi protocol.
  • Demonstrated track record of full-cycle deal execution and project management.
  • Deep understanding of Ethereum Layer 2 solutions and the broader Web3/DeFi ecosystem.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent communication skills for managing both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in Sales or CRM management.
