What you will do
- Build and lead the entire go-to-market engine from the ground up.
- Own the complete sales cycle, including cold outbound and enterprise negotiations.
- Develop and systematize predictable revenue growth strategies.
- Increase demo conversion rates through improved storytelling and feedback loops.
- Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales organization.
- Audit and refine existing sales pipelines and messaging.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in startups or as a founder building sales functions from scratch.
- Proven track record of scaling revenue from $0 to $10M+ ARR within 12 months.
- Ability to operate independently and make decisive actions in high-ambiguity environments.
- Experience in enterprise-level sales with long cycles and technical customers.
- Residency or ability to operate within KSA.
Nice to have
- Background in selling AI, healthcare, or high-complexity SaaS products.
- Prior experience in regulated or mission-critical industry sectors.
