What you will do

• Architect and implement autonomous agentic AI systems for complex decision-making and task planning.
• Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and Reinforcement Learning models for agentic behaviors.
• Integrate AI agents with external systems and tools using robust API development.
• Optimize AI models for production scalability and low-latency inference.
• Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and monitoring to ensure AI reliability and ethical alignment.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance required within the last 24 months.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, AI, or a related field with 8-10+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, including 2+ years specifically in Agentic AI or autonomous systems.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience deploying production-grade AI systems, including AWS Bedrock.
• Strong background in Reinforcement Learning and Agentic paradigms like LangChain or AutoGen.

Nice to have

• PhD in Computer Science or a related AI/ML discipline.
• Deep expertise in multi-agent RL systems and task decomposition.
• Experience with advanced fine-tuning techniques like LoRA or QLoRA.
