What you will do

• Build and optimize LLM-driven agents and multi-agent workflows.
• Design and implement end-to-end RAG pipelines using vector search and embedding frameworks.
• Develop robust Python-based microservices and AI APIs.
• Manage AI orchestration, function-calling, and security guardrails.
• Deploy solutions on GCP and Kubernetes/OpenShift platforms.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and uphold enterprise AI governance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Generative AI, LLM, or agentic systems.
• Proven expertise in Python development, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience deploying to GCP and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Strong understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases, and LLM orchestration tools.
• Ability to work onsite in Wilmington, DE.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, or Google Gemini APIs.
• Proficiency in observability tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
