Salary: $168,100 – $250,200 per year

What you will do

• Design and implement core components of the Ads Agent Orchestration platform.
• Build production services for real-time agent interactions with advertising APIs.
• Develop observability and evaluation infrastructure for agentic systems.
• Lead technical design documentation and architecture reviews.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming.
• Participate in operational excellence tasks, including on-call rotations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading system design and architecture.
• Proficiency in at least two of the following: Scala, Java, Python, C++, or Go.
• Experience mentoring or leading engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB.
• Background in online advertising and ad serving technologies.
• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies.
