Location: Based in our HQ in Eindhoven (4-5x per week at the office). Based within travel distance of the Eindhoven area.

Salary: Starting from €4350 gross per month (depending on your skills/experience)

• Turn data into measurable business impact.
• Design and build scalable data solutions that power decision-making across the company.
• Help optimise how we work and grow through data integrations, tooling configuration, advanced analytics, automation, and AI-driven initiatives.
• Explore data beyond the obvious, identify inefficiencies, and experiment with new technologies to unlock smarter ways of working.
• Translate complex challenges into practical, high-impact solutions, bridging the gap between data and business stakeholders.
• Drive initiatives from idea to implementation with an entrepreneurial mindset, focusing on delivering value early and iterating fast.

Requirements

• Holds a master’s degree in Econometrics, Mathematics, Data Science, or another quantitative field
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving
• You’re motivated to apply AI to real business challenges.
• Experience with programming and/or database querying (Python, R, SQL, etc.)
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, and enjoys collaborating with stakeholders
